IAAPA Expo Exhibition Stand Design For DOF Robotics. In this project we designed a clear, functional stand built around one core goal, keep the simulators visible, accessible, and busy.

The layout guided visitors smoothly into the booth while keeping circulation open, even during peak queue times. Each corner featured a compact welcome desk where hostesses could greet guests, manage flow, and direct visitors to the right attraction. Every simulator had its own overhead rigging marker, improving wayfinding and making each experience easy to spot from a distance.

A large format LED screen faced the main aisle to pull attention from the corridor and communicate key content instantly. The stand also included a dedicated meeting room with access from multiple sides, allowing private discussions without blocking traffic or losing visibility of the action.

To improve the queue experience, we added a purpose-built photo area where visitors could take pictures while waiting. The result was a booth that handled high visitor volume, supported meetings, and kept the main attractions in view from every angle.
