IAAPA Expo Europe Exhibition Stand Design

Built for IAAPA Expo Europe at ExCeL London, this exhibition stand for Outdoor Factory was conceived as a clean, highly accessible environment that reflects the company’s technical expertise and strong brand identity.

The space combines clarity with functionality. A large back wall showcased Outdoor Factory’s work through high-resolution graphics while discreetly integrating a compact yet efficient storage area. This dual-purpose solution maximized operational efficiency without compromising the visual impact of the stand.

Suspended above the structure, a four-sided illuminated sign featuring the Outdoor Factory logo ensured long-distance visibility across the exhibition hall, acting as a powerful orientation point for visitors approaching from multiple aisles.

Custom-built furniture played a central role in the project. The main counter was designed in the shape of the company’s logo and finished in Outdoor Factory’s signature colors, reinforcing brand recognition at first glance. Nearby, an illuminated bar counter created a welcoming hospitality zone where guests could easily enjoy coffee and refreshments.

Three LED screens with varied depths introduced a layered visual experience, allowing Outdoor Factory to present its projects dynamically while adding architectural dimension to the stand.

A VIP seating area, furnished with specially selected couches in coordinated brand tones, provided a comfortable setting for more focused conversations, balancing openness with privacy.

Developed in close collaboration with the client, the stand successfully merges brand expression with practical usability, delivering a professional yet inviting presence on the show floor.
